Steve Moore is the CEO/President of Legacy Entertainment. Legacy Entertainment is an entertainment marketing company that specializes in product placement. Legacy Entertainment is located in Hollywood, CA and works with every big studio from Warner Brothers to Universal Studios. Legacy’s clients consist of Bentley cars and Juice and many more. Legacy Entertainment Guarantees their client’s placement opportunities in feature films, television series and celebrity events.
Interview with Steve Moore:
How long have u been working in the industry? “16 years created company from working with friend.”
What makes u want to continue to work in the industry? “ I enjoy it everyday is different, its new and fresh everyday.”
Are you more involved in music or film? “Pretty equal with celebrity events and business to business.”
Would you say NY or LA has more work in the Entertainment industry? “LA has all of the studio headquarters most NY offices have been shut down.”
What are some of your past projects? “200 feature film projects a year, 50 celebrity events, and television series.”
What are some of your current projects that you are working on? “Monster trophy safari television series and new celebrity events.”
When you are in a position to negotiate how do you deal with negative emotions and leverage and power?
- “I use a term called seal, felt, and found. When people begin to have negative emotions when I am in a position of negotiation, and the person begins to have mixed feelings I let them know of people that I work with that have felt like them and are happy today that they work with me.”
- “Many times when they have loaned up to millions of dollars to companies, there are package deals. This allows me to get new clients to want to sign with my company so they can guarantee that their products will be on television and in films.”
I'd highly recommend not doing business with this company. First off, the staff is entirely made up of interns and so all of the money goes right into the owners pocket. Well the owner is a real scumbag. Hes my father. He gains respect by intimidation, real tough guy liked to beat up my mom all the time. He left his 4 kids and started a new life with a mail order bride. He had warrants here in Seattle for refusing to pay child support and likes to spend his money on himself. Most recent was a tummy tuck and also paid for the rug on his head, all capped teeth, chin tuck and Carrie's a designer 'man purse' that cost more than my car. Dont do business with this POS, go to any competitor so your not supporting this coward. I was 9years old when one Sunday the family was getting into the car when steve told my mom that me and him were running late for church and will follow behind in the other car. The moment they left, his friend drove from around the corner with a uhaul and a trailer and took everything in the house of value, took me and drove to California; leaving my mom absolutely penniless. He made me sleep in the hall closet of a 1 bedroom condo he started renting and I wasnt allowed to call my mom and tell her I was alright. Do you really want to do business with this dirtbag? Who cares what he is selling. take a moral stand and go elsewhere please. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you. -jeff moore
